This piece is part of the hipV buckle collection, and it is a true show-stopping statement piece! The rhinestones have a beautiful floral design and the stones themselves are very large in scale. We believe this piece is English in origin, but it is not stamped. We made this into a one of a kind hipV modern vintage statement piece by attaching it to a 20" gold link chain.
