New York Contemporary Design: This style is a compact, bloom heavy structure.  Sometimes referred to as "roundy-moundy", this is a safe and predictable option, for more those who want a conservative design preference.  

A "Standard" arrangement is designed in a 6" glass vase, or you can upgrade to a decorative vase, in a similar size.
